Alexandra has over ten years’ experience working in taxation and superannuation. Her expertise includes taxation and administration of self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs), retirement planning, contribution strategies, limited recourse borrowing arrangements and reviewing investment structures to ensure legislative compliance.  

Alexandra joined Vincents in 2016 as a senior accountant in Superannuation Advisory and was appointed as Associate Director of the team in 2022. She has over 10 years’ experience working in taxation and superannuation for a number of accounting firms in regional and metropolitan Queensland. 

Kim is a director in the Vincents Taxation Advisory unit and provides specialist tax advice principally in the areas of income tax, CGT and GST, as they apply to privately held family groups, and high net worth individuals.

For over 25 years Kim has specialised in providing relevant tax advice to SME’s and private clients, helping clients understand complex tax issues impacting their financial affairs. In recent years, Kim’s work has centred on structuring and restructuring emerging and growing family groups, getting family businesses ready for succession or sale, ATO review/audits, and providing expert report for family law and litigation matters.
